Our booking Policies:
All rates based on two persons and include continental breakfast (Lodge only). Extra charge of $20.00 per night for each additional person. Sales Tax: 10 % (subject to change).
Deposit: We require 1/2 total due within 10 days of booking** Balance is due 30 days before arrival; 45 days for Christmas.
Cancellation: Full refund less $100.00 handling charge if we are notified 30/45 days before arrival. If within the 30/45 day period, we must re-rent unit in order to refund.
** If  booking is within 30 days of arrival date we require immediate full payment.

Driving Instructions:
From I-70 and Glenwood Springs head east on Colorado Highway 82.
Once on Main Street in Aspen proceed to the first stop light.
Turn right onto Aspen Street, go 3 blocks, turn right again onto East
Cooper Street, the first victorian on your right is the Snow Queen Lodge.
